Running my 740 T Diesel on WVO 700 1985

I am currently trying to find any informaion on converting my TD wagon to run on vegetable oil. Do they have the right fuel filters and is there anything I need to look out for. The car runs great, so should I just stick with having a good car and run on Biodiesel.
