760t serging and running like poo 700 1988

i have a 88 760 turbo and its running like crap. it runs but like its running off 2 cylinders the dash lights flash like its going to quit but it doesnt.
the cap , rotor , plug wires and plugs have all be replacedand the cold start sensor has been replaced too.
any ideas on what to check next would be thankful
