Please help with engine id..... 200

Ok so I just picked up this rust free 84 wagon that wouldn't start. So in looking at it this is what I have found so far, someone put what I think is a B21 in it and couldn't hook up the LH 2.0 right. So on the block it is not tapped for the knock sensor and on the head (160) it is plugged where the temp sender is supposed to go but this head is not tapped for K jet. The head looks new and the block looks used. So my question is: where can I put the knock sensor or do I have to drill and tap the block in the usual spot, also if I pull out the plug in the head should it be tapped already or do I have to tap that too? And how can I figure out what this block is out of? It only has freeze plugs on one side (exhaust) and no knock sensor hole, so that would mean it was a B21 out of a K jet car right? And why would this head have the temp sensor hole plugged but no K jet holes? Also it has a 3-wire O2 sensor plug, I thought that 84 LH 2.0 had only one wire O2 sensors? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks
