Hey all,
My wife has been nagging me that she wished she had keyless entry on her 940 wagon. I saw a post a few days ago regarding keyless entry. It sounds like a fun project.
In researching the FAQ I've determined that I need:
door lock actuator and linkage
aftermarket keyfob system
various heatshrink, connectors, wiring etc...
This ebay link is for a 960 door lock actuator. Is this what I need? I'd like to take the door panel off as few times as possible. There are also some 740 actuators for sale which are 'L' shaped.

The only thing that's sketchy for me right now is how the actuator mounts and connects to the existing mechanism. I suppose it will become clear once I get in there.
Any other tips or comments?
Thanks,
