Blower motor continues to run in OFF position. Volvo shop owner says this is operating as designed. I disagree, as does the User's Manual which says: "Has 4 speeds and is shut completely off when the knob is turned to the left." (page 22) Is this an easy fix? If not, what can I expect in P/L? Thx.
