Lock screw for shift rod (for transmission removal) 200 1990

I am attempting to replace my clutch. I can't seem to find the lock screw holding the shift rod in place. Is it an actual screw, or some other type of fastener? I could just be blind, so if someone can help me out, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!
