Brake squeel 200 1990

I changed the rear pads on my 240. Ive used NAPA pads for years without any problem. This time, i get an intermittant from the rear. The Pads come with teflon shims which i used. Any sugestions. Ive never had to use No Squeel compounds with the teflon coated shims. should I now?
