Tire size on 1992 740 wagon w/ABS 700

I have also used 185/65R/15 tires on my 1992 740 wagon. I just found a good deal on snow tires that seem to come on rims identical to mine. The thing is, the tire size is listed at 195/65/15. Will these tires and rims fit on my wagon? Will there be any problems or nedded adjustments?
