Should I drill and tap here for knock sensor? 200

This is on my 84 245 DL, so it has LH 2.0. Some one put a B21 into it and couldn't get it hooked up right. So now I am hooking it up the right way. One problem I've run in to is that the block is not tapped for the knock sensor in the usal spot (see pic). It does have the boss cast in, so should I just drill it out and tap it? Anyone know the thread size and pitch? Thanks
