IPD Lower Chassis Brace 200 1991

I've just purchased these braces (http://ipdusa.com/ProductsCat.aspx?CategoryID=344&NodeID=1160&RootID=629) for my '91 240, and I have a couple questions with regard to the lower brace:

1. If drilling is required, where can I find installation instructions or some sort of guidance as to where I drill and how big etc... has anyone installed this on their 240 before, and if so, can you point me in the right direction (even if it's just directions that I can give an indy shop and have them do it)?

2. I live in MN, and the winters get fairly gross in terms of road conditions and crap flying every which way- so with this brace installed will I still be able to use the stock skidplate, or will I have to remove it?
