m46 OD problem

Hello fellow bricksters,
I have an 88 745T with the m46 trans. When I shift into OD(5th), if i'm going under 60mph, the trans will often drag or slip in and out of neutral. Above 60mph and it will stay in gear fine. The shift lever does not pop out of gear. It stays in all other gears fine. The fluid level is ok. The green light stays on. Recently replaced are the OD relay, the wiriing from the relay box down to the trans, and the 4th gear switch. The car just turned 134K.

any ideas??
