ZF Or Cam Steering Rack - Which Is Better ? 200

I am considering replacing steering rack on my 1986 sedan. Although ID on trunk says I have a ZF rack I actually have a Cam rack. Guess a previous owner switched it. Assuming that they are interchangeable(??)which is the better rack ? The ZF or the Cam ? Price wise the Cam is more expensive. I got prices of about $150 for rebuilt ZF and prices of about $250 for Cam. As always thanks for advice/help with this.
