240 help 200

So i finally took my car to volvo specialist because everything i could do on my own didnt get the car to start. they took a look at my car and said that something is shorting out and causing the fuel pump and injectors to just dump fuel and flood the engine. They said it would be $160 for them to go further and find out where the short is and stuff, and i already am paying 80 for what they just did. If this sounds familiar or anything any help is appreciated. I dont want to pay 160, but i just might have to. Thanks
