Did '91 740-SE come with a spoiler? 700

At the pick-n-pull, I couldn't resist removing the spoiler from the trunk lid of a 1991 744-SE, especially since they wanted only a few dollars for it. This one has white paint badly peeling off revealing that it is black underneath. It was glued on with two tiny clips at each end.

My question is whether Volvo put spoilers on this model or if it's an aftermarket item. I didn't see any markings on it.
