How to Replace '97 960 Sedan Control Arm Bushings 900

I inspected the lower control arm bushings and found three of the four had severe rubber fractures. I'm trying to get away with minimum cost on this repair so I'm ordering bushing replacements from FCP Groton; I intend to remove the arms and press in new bushings. The question is how do I remove the old bushings and press in the new ones? Any hints would be greatly appreciated as I understand this is normally done at a machine shop at a high cost. And, Yes! I will replace the ball joints at the same time.
