I am replacing a front passenger seat belt on a 1992 740 wagon SIPS door. I received a volvo replacement, bought off ebay. Seems in great shape, but on the part it says "do not open, remove or put into another vehicle, risk of malfunction and injury, see owners manual for further info". Should I be concerned? is there a problem, and how hard are these to change? Thanks for any help, as usual.
