The file I had all this information on I am no longer able to access on my old computer. If anyone has it, I would greatly appreciate that information. I called about receiving the 200,000 one in April. It came quickly, unfortunately they sent the 100,000 one! I called again and was told they would send the right one but it would take about 6 weeks. After that I got an e-mail from Volvo cars noting that I had contacted them and asking how the customer service was. I repled to that and naively thought that the medalion would be in the mail quite fast - it is now nearly Christmas and the car now has 10,000 miles more on the odometer, and I am still waiting!
