New ECU and It Still Starts Poorly 200

Many of you were very helpful to me last week when my 89 240 with 217K miles wouldn't start. You accurately diagnosed a bad ECU. I bought and installed a rebuild 571. It ran fine for a week. Today it wouldn't start. Same symptoms as before. By the time I got to my daughter's HS parking lot to bail her out, it started although with great difficulty. Very rough. Once started, however, it ran fine.
Any thoughts here? Could it be running too rich for some reason?
