Starter Noise - 85 240 GL Automatic 200

OK, this just started when the weather started getting cold. First time trying to start it sounds like the solenoid is not dis-engaging. A loud buzz kinda noise. After that it only does it after sitting all night. I tried just bumping the starter a few times in the morning, not starting the car and then starting and the noise is not there.
Is it worth just replacing the solenoid or the whole starter?
Thanks for any help.
