245 w/optional Bosch foglamps-- are the 700/900 relays interchangeable? 200 1992

My '92 245 has what looks like dealer-installed Bosch foglamps below the bumper. Suddenly, they no longer work-- bulbs are fine, there is power on both sides of the underhood fuse and I can measure 12V at the switch, which has a good bulb, but never lights up. My diagnosis is bad relay.

Does anyone know if the relay for the fogs from a 700/900 car would work? Both look like 5 pin relays with the same configuration.

If you happen to have a part number on the 700/900 relay that would be great, as I have a number of different but similar relays in my stash of pick-and-pull relays.
