They all do it sir - dodgy passenger seat on 960s S90-V90

The 1997 960 and the 1993 960 both have the same problem - the passenger seat will not budge.
Seems like a fuse or a relay problem as none of the seat switches operate.
I checked the fuse in the fuse panel to left of driver - seems OK.
Is there another location I should be looking at?
