Stumbling 200

I noticed the other day that my 89 244 was or seemed to be experiencing a little wheel hop on take off. Then with time it got a little (hoppie?) more defined jumping on take off and now a little in second. Oh yea, a manual tranny..So now I am feeling more of a slight missing on take off and low end second gear exceleration. It clears up around 1800 to 2000 rpm. Plenty of power above that and it does not do it after second gear. I am getting a little low idle but nothing to be alarmed about. Checked all vacuum, replaced cap, fairly new wires, has fairly new AMM, 02 sensor and cleaned throttle body. Could this be only a plug going bad? Though I replaced them a few months ago it seems to be acting like a plug fouling out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks...Max..:>) Happy Hangover
