[sorry, error on the one before] Dimension of the junction hose from the in-tank fuel pump to the fuel lines?

Hello Everyone, Happy new year!

I need a dimension for replacing the junction hose on the in-tank fuel pump to the fuel line. Main fuel pump is working really hard(A LOT OF NOISE! was replaced 4 years ago) despite the in-tank fuel pump(replaced 4 yrs ago too) is working. I suspect this problem as the fuel sock or the hose.

I went to the dealership, but they did not have a specific part for the hose. SO, before I start dismantling the tank pump assay, could anyone give me the dimension for the hose? my 745t is the only car I have for now.
