760T won't idle 700

Happy New Year to all at Brickboard!

1986 760T starts and run perfectly, but it won't idle for more than a minute or two unless I keep rpm above 1,000 with the gas pedal. I checked the throttle body, but it is clean and I hear the TPS click as soon as I start to open the throttle. Idle control valve? Thank you for your help.
