Hello poeple,
I took my car to get smogged, 1990 240dl, and it passed most stuff but said it was a gross polluter. He said its because either the egr is bad, or the papers he printed out said that it could be just the ignition timing because the engine rpm's are out of tolerance. Also they said it could be a bad o2 sensor. He basically suggested i should take it to my mechanic to have them check the egr, but last time i did that i paid them to tell me stuff i had already figured out.
Anyway, if anyone has had a similar problem, or just any tips they are much appreciated.
