Hello All: I need some emissions advice for my 1995 940. It failed the Texas Emissions Test.

Here are my results.

HC: 120/28 Pass
CO%: 0.67/0.01 Pass
CO2%: 11.8
O2%: 37.1
NOX: 848/1087 Fail
Dilution% >6.0/11.8 Pass

I purchased this car back in august.

Any ideas on how to get this guy to pass?
