Poor idle, rough when warm 700 1990

My daughters 740 starts easily, runs smooth until it warms up. Then is has trouble holding idle. It will go from about 900rpm's and drop to 500-600 then hesitates to get back to 1000. When driving it hesitates and at times has noticable loss of power. Sometimes it runs ok but still has the idle problem.
I have replaced wires, rotor button, and plugs. cleaned the tb, switched air mass with an known good one. Just cant seem to find the answer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
