Long cranking to get started one time in morning 200

244 - 1989 - My wife's car starts after long cranking in the morning (30 sec to 1 minute). For the rest of the day is will start normal. After the car starts, while in park, I've also noticed that when pressing the gas pedal down to rev the engine it will hesitate a little bit.
The last work done on the car was AMM replacement and cleaning the throttle position sensor. That improve the car performance and for about a week it start fine at the start of the day. But now it starts with long crank times.
