Hello to all. I'm about ready to throw in the towel on the AC of my 960. I've been taking it to my indy Volvo mechanic off and on for this AC problem. First it was the bellows in the dash; then it would not hold a charge. With die and the black light, he traced it to the evaporator, and yes, inside the ac box it was covered in green die. Now, once again it won't hold a charge. He can't see any leaks, and the water dripping out of the AC drip tube is crystal clear, no trace of green. He admits there is a problem, and even recharged my car for free with more die, but we can’t find the leak. Help any ideas???

I love this car it is in primo shape perfect in and out. However, I'm kind of loosing intrist it the damn thing if it won't hold a charge. No driving it in the summer to dinner in a suit or tux with no AC.
