volvo engine computer? 700 1990

My auto has 190,000 miles driven and randomly has a idle problem, sometimes when I start the engine it goes to it's normal warmup. Other times when I start she will run rough at a low idle speed and either stall or correct itself. Does this sound like a computer which might be failing and not setting itself correctly?
