transmission rear seal and bushing replacemetn 200 1986

Anyone have any tips on replacing the rear seal and bushing on my automatic transmission? I appear to have a pretty good leak going. A local shop gave me a quote of $80. Is this a good price or is it that easy to do? Thanks for any help.
