IPD Stainless Lines...copper washers? 1800 1971

I just got a set of 6 stainless lines from IPD. Quality looks great, and they were on sale, so I can;t complain.

They came with a packet of copper washers. There's only 2 washers in the entire pack - am I short washers or do I only need two, and if so, which hose in the car do they go to?
