1986 Volvo 240 (idles fine but chokes out & stalls if I accel quickly) 200

I just recently got a 86 240 sedan with 225k miles.
It idles fine but if I push the gas like normal it stalls.
If I push it really slowly it will keep idling up fine.
I put a new engine harness in, changed iac, ajusted tps,
cleaned the flame trap, cleaned the throttle body, new plugs.

What would cause it to choke and die from pushing the gas?
