Identifying wheels 200

Just got back from the junkyard and bought a set of 15" alloy volvo wheels (I had the 14" steel stockers on there). I'm hoping someone can help identfy them since I need center caps. The wheels are 5 spoke. The spokes are smooth. I also saw they had the same wheel but the 5 spokes have a couple grooves on each one.

Can the center caps be swapped around for the 15" 5 spoke wheels?

Now just to get some 215-60-15 tires and I'll mount them to the car.
