Here's the damage. What do I do now. Can I handle this? Oh, the self doubt is creeping in. Tell me bricksters how lucky did I get that this wasn't more of a catastrophic failure. Procedural help, experience anyone?

Well bummer the photo won't upload because of bug in the forums. Any way I took the timing belt cover off and found some strange parts and on the front of the tensioner pulley with the help of mirror I saw ball bearings staring at me. Any experience out there on replacing this. Thanks
