93 240 sedan non egr:
its time to replace the O2 sensor on our sedan. the original sensor is being replaced after the wires got loose and rubbed against the drive shaft, wearing away the insulation and nearly severing 2 of them.
rather than patch it i think it wiser to just replace the unit.
now, question: would i be better served to replace it with a direct fit sensor made by walker or bosch? which is better?
or is the universal 3 wire sensor a sensible choice?
substantial difference in price BUT that is only relevant if the universal will in reality provide the same level of service. otherwise this bargain will have cost to much.
thoughts??
