1995 945T transmission acting very strange after flush/filter 900 1995

My 1995 945T transmission was flushed and serviced today and now it's acting very strangely. When accelerating even moderatly or going up any kind of grade the RPM is limited and there is no power like there was before. It won't go up any kind of hill at all. The more I put my foot into it the slower it goes. Unfortunately I have moved away from my favorite Seattle Volvo-only shop and went to a shop that has a great rep but does many makes. What happened?!? Wrong ATF? I am going back to the shop tomorrow but want to ping the board to see if anyone has seen this.
