'83 creaky front end 200

Hello all,

My 244 DL 195K emits creaks, groans from the front end, especially driving in town, which has a more varied terrain than on the highway-not heard so often.

I think that the control arm bushing(s) is/are the culprit.

If so, I would need to take it to a shop(I'm in Austin). But as I drive this car 600 mi/week and have only 2 down days, I would like to know how critical this is to have addressed. I'm the shade tree mechanic who will redline any system, so is this issue of an immediate concern. Also, if I delay repair, say to a week, will there be further problems that will arise if there are bushing degradations?
