Hi everyone.

I need your help. I am at my wits end with the trying to tune up the carb to behave properly. When i stop at a juntion it revs high. I recently checked the throttle linkage to make sure it was not sticking(greased it) and made sure it was going through the little rubber ring correctly(greased the ring too). All seemed ok for a while, then it started revving higher again. if i flick the accelerator pedal, the reves go down.

What is going on. i am so sick of it. ALSO, how do i tune up this stupid carb properly. Does anyone have point by point instructiond for it. (Fast idle, mixture etc).
