Pulling a 123GT Steering Wheel 120-130

I have found a guy who refurbishes steering wheels and mine has a couple of cracks that need attention.

I have the horn button out and have removed the large center nut, but the steering wheel is still immoveable. Is there anything else to loosen or remove before the steering wheel can be removed?

I do not have access to a wheel puller. Do any of you have a tip or two where to go from here?
