Can't Shift 200

I apologize in advance if this is an easy fix, but I know very little about this. It seems that the '93 240 I'm driving won't shift out of PARK. It starts up fine but the shift won't move at all. Not sure if this is an easy fix or not. Everything else seems fine and the Shift Override does nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
