Hi Guys
I posted the following msg on the S40/V40 forum,but since I'm a regular on this one I decided to post it here also as I always get a quicker response even with problems related to the S40.
Tks in advance for yr help

"My daughter's 00 S40 got the antenna mast stuck half the way. It goes up all the way ,but going down does not retieve completely. This happened as temperatures dropped below freezing since last w/e in the NYC metro area.
Is there anything I could do now to get it to retrieve completely or should I wait till the temps go up above freezing? And what should I do then? Clean and lube? Do u think the inside plastic cord is broken?
