164 Brake Booster Repair Source - REALLY! 140-160 1969

I noticed a post of someone looking for a 164 brake booster repair. I thought I should reprint my earlier post:

"I finally found a source (He found me actually from a post in Brickboard classified) that really rebuilds and guarantees (1 Year) 164 brake boosters. If you have the large, wide booster, single crimp) this is the place. His shop is Hi-Performance Automotive Service, in Torrence, CA (formerly OVO - Old Volvos Only). Ph: (310)533-0271. His name is Eric Hamlet. Tell him Jack from Tennessee sent you. I sent it out to two other shops, in Oregon(Booster Dewey) and Texas. Both assured me they could do it only to find out a week later that they could not. Hi- Performance CAN! My '69 runs great now, finally. It's on to the much-needed paint job and upholstery covering. TBC... "

Btw, Eric also does 1800 and 140 boosters, any size, any shape.
