Frame Straightening 700

I have a 1989 740T salvaged title and I finally measured the front frame arms from the ground up. One is 3/4" higher than the other side and in like the tire to rim on the other side is also 3/4" higher. So it seems like this car incurred some frame damage. One side is visibly higher than the other from the rear. It drives okay but not without some vibration in the steering wheel and a couple more squeaks than usual. My question. Can someone lift the left frame arm- drivers side 3/4" to bring this car back to spec or is it hopeless. I thought it was just the crossbar, but no, the left side is lower- the crossbar looks a little smashed but functional. Can someone straighten this or is it too expensive. I really like this car.
