Squeaking Alternator Bearing 700 1990

I've got a 90 740Ti.

I noticed a couple of times before that I had a squeaky alternator bearing. It's intermittent, probably because I had the belt too tight for a while. Adjusting it back didn't undo the damage (duh).

So, I'm debating having it rebuilt or replacing it with one from PickNPull. I have a new voltage regulator (used for like 9K miles).

A couple of reasons I might want a different one:

I have a lot of radio-frequency noise. This comes and goes with the fuel pump and other equipment coming on. It happens in KP2 (engine off or on). My AM band is loud and painful. That can be fixed with a power filter/conditioner.

My headlights flicker at idle (my headlights get slightly dimmer in a pattern. I think it's the bearing(s) sticking).

I'm not sure this is the right alternator for a turbo (Kruse Lucas seems to have Frankensteined this whole car. I'd not be surprised.). Is there a serial number or info I can use to determine if it's right?

Does anyone know what sort of shop I should be looking at to rebuild/repair/refurbish the existing one? I don't know what to call it.

-Will
