240' s rear squeeling brake

My wife and I both have 1990 240's except mines a wagon. This winter we both have aquired a passenger side rear brake squeel which can be annoying at all times cold or hot. I use PBR Deluxe pads and s.s. shims with the CRC brake anti-squeel sauce on the backsides of them.
How can I stop this squeel?
