96 960 power steering noise and shudder S90-V90

Had the car towed (flat bed) to shop for a no start problem and issue was bad ignition coil. Had the car for a couple of days and now when making quick steering left or right inputs, I get a loud shudder noise. Checked P/S fluid and a bit low so I topped up and still happening. It takes 10 mins or so of driving before it will start. I tried using the FAQs and how to bleed, but no luck. Any thoughts?
