Check Engine Light On with the following Codes 900

93 940 non turbo, 115K miles. I have the check engine light with two codes: IAC and O2 Sensor. About half the time the CK Eng light is on at engine start up, the other half it comes on after 3-5 minutes of driving. They won't clear out. Car is running fine. I cleared the codes thru the black box and disconnected the neg side of battery. Light and codes always reappear.
Any ideas or thoughts?
