Thanks for the help on the POOR IDLE ON START-UP. The problem was in the Cold Start Injector. The gentleman that I bought the vovo from said he had replaced the Cold Start Injector but upon inspection, he failed to tighten the hex bolts. A super easy fix. This might improve my gas milage as well! Thanks again.
