I am an idiot. Did I mess something up? 900

Hi all,
I was doing an oil change and instead of loosening the oil pan drain plug I tightened it! I probably turned it a full turn (maybe a little more) before I realized what I was doing. I am so pissed, I am usually so careful. When I finally realized what I was doing I switched directions and took out the plug. The threads on the plug look ok to me, but I don't necessarily know what they are supposed to look like. Is there anything special I should do? Obviously I am going to look out for leaks and all that good stuff. I guess I am just looking for someone to tell me that everything is going to be alright. But if you don't think it is not, let me know that too!
